Miga Bold

I would give just a \1\ star if I review the office/billing staff. However, it does not really matter. The are the what matters. Doctors are wonderful here. Specially I love Dr. Tran, Hahn-Tien. She is a Physician Assistant. But she is a way better than a lot \doctors\ I've seen. She is very kind and caring, very thorough about her examinations. Because of that there are times you might need to wait longer than usual to see her. But she is well worth the wait! She is just wonderful!

I changed my provider to Dr. Milani and that was the best decision I could have made. He really cares about his patients and treats the problems not just with temporary solutions but strives to find out the root of the problem. Even when he's not available and I've had to see another provider in this office I get similar experience. I've recommended this office to my parents and friends and they all feel extremely satisfied with the service and patient care.

I am leaving 4 stars because my PA Hanh is fantastic! I had to see another provider for illness, Phu T. Pham, MD. I will not be seeing this provider and would be unlikely to recommend him to friends or family. He has a poor bedside manner. I am a 37 year old, college educated individual. I do care to be condescended to. Pretty sure no one does. He was specifically rude and dismissive discussing my struggles with quitting smoking these last several months and told me \it doesn't count.\ In his defense, this is only one of my many negative experiences with doctors. The worst was the one in the ER that sang \another one bites the dust\ by Queen when I came for my first pregnancy and miscarriage at 18 years old. I'm sure he's a competent physician and works great for some. But if you are very intelligent and don't need your doctor to feed you instructions like a baby bird, I'd skip Pham. If I happen across any of the other physicians, I'll update this review.

I really appreciated my visit with Dr. Sherling, she's very thorough with labwork/testing, even going as far as re-checking labs from/supporting other specialists, and her recommendations were novel (ex. quercetin for my allergies/histamine issues). Thank you very much,

Tran is amazing! The way she practices medicine is refreshing. Have been seeing her for years and now my son sees her. Honestly, she's the reason I'm still wit the practice. Front desk staff isn't that great and phones are usually a problem. I can say that because I'm a nurse in a large private practice.
