Barbara was a pleasure to work with, both kind and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Bobby did an excellent job on the installation and setup, I couldn’t be more pleased.

I can’t say enough praises about Brenda Ference and the team at Windows Décor of Fairfax! From consultation start with Brenda to final installation by Bryan, service was first rate and stress free and a complete pleasure. I already had one set of static Luminette Privacy Sheers in my kitchen, so I knew I would like them. However, when I wanted to replace four floor-to-ceiling old roller shades, Brenda upped the ante by recommending a room length Luminette with a PowerView motorized remote. I was so intrigued and excited that I decided to replace my kitchen Luminette as well. Today I couldn’t be happier with the remote Privacy Sheers in both rooms providing an abundance of light while still giving me some privacy. The experience and final installed products were simply outstanding!

We used Window Decor for our entire house. We have all different shapes and sizes of windows and Courtney was amazing at giving recommendations and taking time to walk us through all of the options. We could not be happier with the results. In addition to the great service, the price was the lowest that we received after speaking with more than 4 vendors. The installation was fast and the blinds look perfect! I highly recommend Window Decor and will be using them for all of our future window treatments.

I recently moved into a new home, and needed window treatments for two bedrooms and a sliding door. After unsuccessful visits to several stores in the area, I was very happy to discover Window Decor. Our salesperson was Court. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, informative, helpful, and gave us very fair prices. There never was any pressure. His advice was excellent. The products arrived and were installed in a very timely fashion. Whenever I called the store with a question, I was treated with kindness, respect, and a desire to please by all staff members. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, and love the window treatments.
Great experience at this store. Courtney is very articulate and explains the differences in the products very well. The staff is very understanding about remodeling and the importance of choosing the best colors. Their installers are also very friendly and professional. The selection of the shades was important to me which they understood. I feel the final choice of shades has added to the room in a very flattering way.
