Overall great service! Loved that I did not have to go outside to get in my car. I brought the loaner into the bay, it was taken out and once my transaction was completed, the door opened and my car was brought in. Far different experience than other local luxury service protocols. Enjoyed that I was alerted via text of concerns with the car and I could accept or reject the service by just selecting a button.

Excellent service. My wife and I have both dealt with Rob and he is an excellent service advisor. The dealership also has a very nice waiting room. This is the ONLY dealership I will purchase from or have our Audi serviced at.
