I have nothing but good things to say about Shawn and Cinch! Shawn and his team catered my last minute backyard wedding and every detail was perfect. Every aspect of our meal was delicious and carefully considered. Also most of it, from the cheese to the pasta, was handmade. Aside from the food being great, working with Shawn to plan the event was so easy. We changed our menu, event time and location multiple times because of covid and Shawn was so flexible and accommodating. He even helped us arrange rentals, liquor, and a bar tender. I would highly recommend Cinch for your event!!!

My wife and I attended one of Shawn’s cooking classes for the first time this past Friday. We had heard from others that his cooking classes were outstanding, and he did not disappoint! Shawn has a great personality and is a phenomenal chef. We highly recommend this class if you want to have a good time, just remember to bring red wine, not white, to drink!
My boyfriend and I attended Shawn's class this past Friday and we would definitely go again! My boyfriend is not a big seafood eater but he really enjoyed all the food we made. Shawn likes to joke around with the people at the class which makes it even more fun! Thank you again for having us :)
Shawn was amazing! He was very flexible with our booking and we had a phenomenal experience at Cinch! Both Shawn and Nat were informative and the location was super clean! The greatest part was the delicious food we made while learning so much!! Highly recommend!
We did the cooking class at Cinch this weekend and had a great time! Shawn the chef was outgoing and gregarious, but beware..if you don't bring a bottle of white wine he might poke fun at you, if you do bring a bottle of white wine he will DEFINITELY poke fun at you.. the class was loose and relaxed and although everyone participated in creating the dishes it was more like being at a live cooking show than a class at times. Because of Shawn's high energy personality and depending the menu, I suspect the amount of participation will vary from class to class. The food was outstanding...our least favorite of the 5 dishes we prepared was very good, the rest of them were amazing! If you're looking for something other than a \dinner and a movie\ date night, I highly recommend this class..
