I was very happy with their service. The technician fixed my copier within 30 minutes and had us up and running. He even looked at a 2nd machine that needed a simple cleaning and got it working as well. I strongly recommend them and will continue to call them if we need help again.

Company overcharged for a service call on my HP printer, Labor was 125.00 and tech replaced two rollers and did a quick cleaning was done in 20 min and charged 40.00 for the rollers. I felt this was a bit unreasonable. I called several other companies after the fact and was told the rollers should of been no more then 10.00 a roller and Labor should of been no more then 95.00 for less then a half hr of actual labor. I suggest calling or researching other repair companies before using this company unless your ok with paying over priced service.
