They replaced our old gutters a few years ago and did a nice professional job. Now we use them to clean our gutters and they always do a good job. They also clean up thoroughly before they leave. Excellent company and service - I recommend them highly.

We were unpleasantly surprised when the method used to clean our gutters was not what was expected. In the past other companies have scooped and bagged the debris and taken it away. This company used leaf blowers which sent debris scattering everywhere. It was embedded in our plants, patio furniture, and made a huge mess. The two service people were at our property for 15 minutes total and did not make any effort to clean the downspouts as promised - one was completely clogged after they left. We contacted the company who responded immediately and refunded our money, pointing out that we used them last year and did not have a problem. I verified this was true, and that it was a little earlier in the year (and we were not home). They also said we could request they not use leaf blowers and instead scoop and bag the debris. Given the interaction on the phone where the ask a series of questions, I am surprised this is not one of them. While we were not satisfied with the job performed, we greatly appreciate their quick and satisfactory resolution to our objections and concerns.
Glad to have found NJ Home maintenance! We had used another company for years and their service went downhill ie debris left behind, sloppy work with dirt streaming down the house, but with NJ Home, everything is cleaned up and our gutters are completely clear! They are professional and take the time to listen to any concerns. They come when they say they will and pricing is fair. Can’t ask for more.
I am very impressed with the service and ease of scheduling. They have a very efficient on line portal site, and excellent phone service. When they came out to my house they went the extra step and even cleaned out the driveway drains leading into the yard. Highly recommended.
Our first experience with this company was ok, but the second one was horrible. The workers left a whole bunch of rusty nails in my driveway which caused me two separate flats tires and I had to clean up a bunch of debris that they left along with puddles of water. I will not use this company again. Second Response: Yes, this is exactly what happened. I emailed you on December 18th at 11:59am before writing this review to give you a chance to handle it but you did not get back to me.
