They have amazing customer service I was very happy with the job they did for me. I highly recommend this place it’s the best if you ever need any adjustments or glasses he’s able to have them done in 30 minutes if he has your lenses in stock!!!
I love this place. All the staff here are very friendly. Especially Dan , he is so nice and very customer focus. Also, he is very efficeint. Compare to other eye store I have been, this is the first store I have experienced where I can immediately get my finished glasses in an hour. The staff here in Fairfield Site for Sore Eyes, have great customer service. This is the best eye care store that I went to. I will certainly go back here in the future.
Absolutely my favorite place to go when I need something to be done. They handle things FAST AND CHEAP! The staff is always bubbly with personality and ready to help! Hands down the best eye place I have ever gone too! Recommend everyone go here! They definitely take pride in their work!!!! Thank y’all for everything y’all do!

Great service, nice and kind people! Definitely recommend going there. Not only helped my mom out with getting the glasses she most definitely loves, but also helped me with my sunglasses that took a while to fit good.
I went in today with a scheduled eye exam & the customer service I received was more than welcoming. I arrived right before my appointment & was able to get all my questions answered. They have great deals & also my eye exam was great & the staff was wonderful. I would recommend anyone to this place because you receive a great experience.
