Installed defective windows in my home. Still waiting for a resolution 4 months later.
We replaced a large bow window and a large picture window in our front and and we had an excellent experience with this location. The sales person, installers and project manager were all great. The job workmanship was top notch. I had zero complaints. I will use again 100% as we replace additional windows.
Mark Griggs did an outstanding job in finding out a match to my 15 yr window sash. His patience in finding out the details from the worn out labels paid off big time and I was able to order the replacement. Thanks Mark for such a great job.
My installation went really well. I would recomend this for anyone looking for patio doors, windows and entry doors. My project manager Gary C was awesome!!!!
Schedule a quote through renewal by Anderson to have 20 windows replaced and installed they subbed out the work to windowrama for today. We agreed with the representative to be at my home at 930am I took of work off for this meeting today it is currently 11am and still nobody here not even a call or anything from them so I decided to call them they said they can reschedule for a later date. Are they gonna refund my time that I willingly took of work for this, what joke I'll take my buisness elsewhere. Below they stated there not affiliated with renewal by anderson I have the email to prove it dont know how to post the screenshot beside the fact after I was directed to windowrama i solely contacted you guys and even verified my appt.
Do not use them!!! They left the job incomplete and never came back. Awful company. All phony sales people.
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. A pane of glass broke on my son’s window and they were able to help me figure out what I needed to order over the phone. They gave me an estimate of when the window would be in and it came in sooner than expected, which was great. When I went to go pick it up they opened it up for my inspection to make sure it wasn’t broken or cracked. The one gentleman there helped me load it in and even helped rearrange my trunk to fit it in best. Very pleased!
