Went to A & A Vacuum to have my handheld Dyson repaired. Unfortunately due to age, cost more to fix then it is worth. Tony did a great job explaining all options. He showed me what he had available (great selection with several top brands) asked questions to understand what was best for us and explained differences in vacuums. Even gave me a full demonstration of each vacuum - no rushing and no high pressure!! Matches popular online shopping pricing!!!! This place is the best. I called yesterday about bringing in a vacuum for routine maintenance. Was told he would have time the next day and would have it ready by the end of the day. I actually ended up taking two vacuums in first thing this morning and both were completely ready for pick up in 2 hours! One of the vacuums I had actually purchased there just a year ago. They are very low pressure and very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.
Extremely rude!! Took my vacuum told me it would be a week! Almost 2 weeks later he got angry because I called!! Told me I was taking up his time by calling! This guy should be shut down! Who is his boss?? Then hung up on me! He wasted my time as I should have taken it to a professional!!! Do not use this god awful place !!
The only place to go for your vacuum needs. Very competitively priced and extremely knowledgeable. Always support locally owned businesses whenever possible. Good people.
AWESOME PLACE! I brought my Kirby vacuum in for repair. The worker was very nice, super knowledgeable, and took the time to honestly answer all my questions. He was very kind and knew exactly what he he was talking about. Prices were great, overall I had a great experience! I will definitely buy my next vacuum here.
