Be sure you check your bag before you leave!!! It was my first time trying this place yesterday and we were not happy all around. I've left multiple messages and no one has called me back about it either, so I doubt we go back ever again. We ordered in the middle of the afternoon knowing that they wouldn't be busy and it shouldn't be an issue. We ordered a Party Pack with a couple add-ons (1/2 lb sausage, 1 quart mac n cheese, 1 gallon sweet tea and 1 individual side of collards greens). My husband did the curbside pick up, but did not check the bag because he said there was no one inside the building and only 1 other car waiting. He didn't think he needed to check it; big mistake. We received our party pack plus the sausage, but nothing else. It was very disappointing to have a good 15 worth of your meal not in the bag and to have no one return your call about how to rectify the situation. In addition, the food was very lackluster. The best part was the sausage and the corn pudding.

I lived down south for several years, and I've had some stellar BBQ. So when I say this place is pretty solid, I like to think I know what I'm talking about. I've picked up food here a few times, and I have yet to be disappointed. Their pulled pork and smoked sausage are my favorites. Will definitely eat here again!
Ive ordered from here over a dozen times, but the order I picked up tonight wasn't that great. My 12 yr old son who usually loves brisket & greens didn't even want to finish his meal.The brisket was tougher than what we are used to from City BBQ and lacked flavor. Some days are just hit or miss with them. The banana pudding had way too much caramel and not enough wafers, needs more texture IMO. Nonetheless it's always clean & staff is nice-- no issues there.
Placed an order at 5:15 for a 6:00 curbside pickup on a Thursday. Arrived at 6:05 and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Waited in my car. Called at 6:40. They said it would be another 5 minutes. Waited. Went inside. No one came to assist me at the 'pickup orders here'. Went back to my car. Called again. Told there are 4 orders still ahead of me and could I come in to pick it up? I said no. Because at this point I have been waiting for 50 minutes in their parking lot! Finally get our food at 6:55 and it's not the whole order. So we had to wait for that. AND on top of that they have a 6 pack deal grab bag of \Local Craft Beer\ for 12.99. WE GOT BUD LIGHT. And if the waiting 1 hour for food didn't ruin the evening.... Overpaying for crummy beer definitely did! Got home and our two sandwiches were turkey instead of brisket. THE DISAPPOINTMENT CONTINUES... Additionally they didn't put the toppings on the sandwich! It was just the bread and meat!
Run out of ribs frequently. I've been going to this place since they first opened. They were amazing but with every visit thereafter the quality of the food and iced tea and customer service had when down
