I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Marc Jones I went in expecting a factory assembly line experience with a hard sell for the procedure. I was completely wrong. The staff was kind, friendly, and took time with me to explain the procedure and answer questions. Dr. Jones did the same and spent far more time with me than I expected. I did not at any point feel rushed or pressured. It was not a sales pitch, and they were very clear about potential complications and what to expect out of the surgery. By the end of my visit, I was very comfortable trusting my eyesight to their care. I would (and actually have) recommend this group for anyone looking into LASIK.

this dynamic team will make you feel like the only patient! they are all very attentive and three steps ahead of you! I felt scared walking in and then very comfortable heading into surgery. Post op has been exceptional and there is no one else i trust with my eyes or my family's! BEST BEST BEST!!!

I recently drove a friend for an appointment to this office, and due to circumstances beyond our control, we were 15 minutes late. We both hate to be \that person\ who is late, but, life does happen. I was so offended by how my elderly friend was treated by the office administrator, and by the total lack of understanding. I then sat in the waiting area watching her interact with other patients, and did see that she was an equal opportunity rude person to other patients. This is not commentary on the level of competence of the medical staff, notwithstanding, I won't choose to go to this office ever in the future.

I've been told my whole life by multiple doctors I am not a candidate for LASIK surgery due to such poor vision (-10 and nearsighted). My only option has ever been ICL (which costs double) But then there was Dr Lohman. I am grateful to God everyday that I met this kind, calm, gifted man. He was able to do my surgery without hesitation, from start to finish (even during the covid speed bump) It was a fast and seamless process. Zero complications, a complete success!!! He is more qualified than any other eye surgeon I've ever researched or met. His staff is top-notch, every single one of them is so personable and helpful. Kelly was phenomenal, so responsive and informative. She held my hand through everything! The offices are beautiful and have all the latest and greatest gadgets and software. I am a month post-op and still can't wrap my head around being able to just get up out of bed and go! Dr Lohman has seriously changed my life!

I have had Dr. Jones operate on both my eyes for corneal erosions and he is spectacular! Very kind and caring and making sure you are comfortable, explaining every step of the procedure. St. Claire's Surgery Center has the nicest and most caring staff. One year later I have nearly perfect sight for distance and negligible corrections for middle and close distances! Just remember, you have to have a lot of patience when dealing with any eye surgery! They will keep tabs, yearly, on my dry eye syndrome. Extremely pleased with this group of doctors!
