I have since edited my previous review. We had an issue with the origional installation. After calling Pete and expressing my concerns, he sent his crew out. We now have a beautiful fireplace from here.

I've been using Better Homes for my fireplace maintenance for years, they USED to be good. Their technician Jim was always good & thorough. Now they sub-contract their service out & they are condescending to the homeowners , not very good with the service end & talk about the technicians from Better Homes as well. I see a comment about Pete the owner, he laughed at me about all my problems I was having & put me on hold & passed me on. NOT HAPPY with BETTER HOMES ANYMORE. Will NEVER use them again!
