Masks are required by signs, but while inside most people have them on but not properly... We only seen a couple employees on the top part (foam zone, hoops, and jumping). Not as crowded as before covid but still crowded. Only thing I hate to see everytime is when I want to sit in tbe massage chair, people is sitting in them eating or has their stuff in them just to hold a seat.

We had my Son's Birthday party here. I was not sure what to expect. It turned out amazing! When you check in, they give you a cart to put all your stuff on, a basket for all the kids' shoes, which is super helpful. They let you set your stuff there until it is your turn for the party room. You are able to get in the room in a sufficient amount of time to get set up before the kids are done jumping and come in. The employees are SUPER helpful and kind! We even had someone in our party who thought they lost their money, and the managers were calling even days later to see what they could do to help out, whether it be watch security cameras, etc. We definitely had a VERY good experience at this location. We will definitely be back again!

Had a party for my child who was able to invite 8 friends. Kids has a great time. I was amazed on how friendly the staff accommodated our party. Two thumbs up from me. Well worth it. Kids had a blast but will be tired. Ha!

This place will remind you VERY quickly how out of shape you are. I was worn out after 10 or 15 minutes? Fun activities for all ages. If you want to do the mini inja-warrior\ course, do it first, or you'll be too tired to make it. :) Especially enjoyed learning to do flips into the foam pit - I have always wanted to do that. And dunking from the trampolines is not as easy as it looks - probably would be easier if it was a solid floor with the trampoline only in the area in front of the goal to allow for more of a run-up.
