Recently I have started to golf again after several years of being out of the game. This is a local course for me and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. There are fairly nice fairways and the greens play very well. As many others have said they have trees so make sure you know were your next shot is. I am grateful that they have done such an amazing job with this course and that I live so close to it. There was a point tonight that I was kicked out in a nice manor because I didn’t want to stop playing. They may not have the nicest clubhouse “thanks king county” but absolutely worth playing.

Nice little course, but they really don’t like walk-ons. Other courses will at least offer to try and fit you in somewhere, but these folks are just like “nope, we’re booked solid till 4. Click” when you call at 8 am on a Saturday. Not very friendly about it either. I’ve showed up several times in the 3-4 range during the week and been assured they’re booked solid till 6:30. Popular place. The course is very flat, short and walkable and is in generally very good shape. I was able to get 9 holes in during the evening a few times, but place of play is very slow so forget about getting 18 in within 4-5 hours of closing. There’s a great little card-operated range next door (which the pro shop is very adamant about reminding everyone they are NOT affiliated with) that’s open sun up to sun down. Great views of mount Si and the only grass teeing area on a public range I’ve found on the east side so far.
