Hey i had a good time chatting with the great people who work there, very informative however i was very dissatisfied with being unable to view let alone smell the products i was about to purchase not even a picture of the product. blind buys i guess. maybe that's something that could be worked on other than that service and product was great. i'd come back for concentrates UNTIL i get to see and smell the product especially when i spend nothing less than 500

Always satisfied with the bud they have on the menu. Really well grown weed trimmed beautifully. The bud tenders there know their stuff and are personable. Even when there’s a line out the door the employees hustle and keep the line moving very efficiently. Every time I’ve been Shelly Borges has helped me pick out the type of bud I’m looking for and is very knowledgeable of the products her store has. She’s a very friendly, charismatic person with good vibes who has always steered me in the right direction to find the bud I need. Having employees like Shelly is what helps make Northeast Alternatives the best weed store around this area.

Excellent service at this dispensary. I had a defective cartridge that I brought back and staff were so pleasant and helpful. I was able to speak with a manager in less than ten minutes while the place was busy. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he took the time to talk with me about different vaporizers and their batteries and then replaced the cartridge for me. I highly recommend this dispensary! Quality products and very friendly/helpful staff!

Awesome experience, the line was insane but moved quick, everyone was hustling. I wasn't sure what I wanted for concentrates but Jeffrey B nailed it. He was able to get me to understand them better and got me to buy some extra. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent recreational dispensary. They always have great flower and prerolls, but are a little lacking in the concentrate department. Sativas are my go to for productive highs and this place always has at least one or two great options. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. Be prepared for a long line, however it always moves very quickly. And be careful of parking across the street at the store, they have been known to ticket and tow rather quickly.
