I have dealt with Pure Water of California for about 20 years. Always courteous and professional service. I have never had an issue with faulty equipment or anything other than 5 star service. Our tech was out earlier this week and bent over backwards to accommodate and customize our drinking water needs. I was not aware until our tech mentioned but an alkaline filter is also available instead of the post filter. Fantastic people & products. Thank you!
