I live here. Best community in the area. Residents are friendly & take good care of their properties. Pool, tennis court, playground, walking paths. Easy access to I81 & shopping.

Great place to live and raise a family.
Great place to live and raise a family if you have one. 99% of homeowners maintain their homes and manicure their landscaping to perfection. Crime and vandalism is practically non-existent because the residents respect each other and their properties. Very quiet & somewhat dark at night as it should be. Subdivision was planned to have a country feel & look to it and it does. That's the reason the old section has no sidewalks curbs or street lights and we don't want them. If you need those things then you don't like rural country living. Of the few aggravations are all the speed bumps to slow people down and prevent them from running stop signs. The new section was built to cater to commuters and has more amenities and smaller yards that people from big cities are used to. We also have a beautiful large swimming pool and tennis courts which is included in your association fees.
The damn Speed bumps are ridiculous
Have lived here over 10 years. A wonderful community to call home!
