I paid 500 for the class and due to the pandemic I never went to take the exam. Since my 6 month grace period is up.. I was told I need to retake the class and pay another 200... I feel robbed :(

Waste of money. Could not understand the instructor at all. He had a heavy accent and was hard to follow. All he did was read from Mike Holts Exam Prep book that I could’ve bought for 80. Didn’t need to pay 800 to have some dude read a book. I gave the class a chance to see if any of the prep/review would change but it didn’t. After a few classes I asked for a refund and they said that they could only give a partial refund because I had attended more then two classes. One of the classes I didn’t even get an email for the zoom meeting so I couldn’t attend. Place is a scam, save your money and don’t use these people.

I took the HVAC prep course. I waited long time after class to take the test. I failed first time. I sent email to my instructor with the questions I didn't understand and he called and spoke to me. He explained things I didn't understand and/or forgot. I took the test again in a few days and I passed. I fully believe I would have passed test on first go had I not waited six months after taking the class. I would not have been able to pass this exam without the prep course. There are too many questions on the exam that have nothing to do with my day-to-day operations as an HVAC technician. I highly recommend this school. Worth every penny I spent

If your trying to get your A,B,C or trade license they are your best bet. They are the cheapest full service prep exam company out there. I did a lot of research and trust me it's the best guaranteed prep exam going.

The lack of professionalism and transparency from this company is something I have never experienced before. They canceled classes twice without any notice and failed to call me back to explain why. They wasted two months of my time, charged the full amount for my course, and then later sent a refund check in the mail without any follow up. When I asked for a contact number for a manager, the front desk individual refused to give me any sort of contact. The owner/manager of the company never even bothered to call me back and follow up with me. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. The staff is clueless and the owner of the company takes zero accountability for his mistakes. At this point, I am just glad i received my refund. The DPOR should not allow such unprofessional companies to carry any sort of license.
