Staff here have always been really friendly and fun to talk to whenever I've visited. Found them to be very knowledgeable with an amazing collection of instruments and equipment. Was able to get a vintage tube amp from a lesser-known brand repaired through them as well, and they were very communicative and it turned out great.
Like a real place where the people know what they are talking about and actually care. Nice vintage instruments and amps. Good selection of effects pedals (for less than Guitar Center prices). Only downside (for me) is they don't really sell budget instruments.
