Bromwell’s is great. I shopped around a lot - local and online. New home for me and converted wood fireplace to gas. Ordered one not in store but brand they carried and serviced - fit is great for me. Bromwell’s helped with the gas hookup and walking through the steps to expect, like county inspection. Very happy with the fireplace - even worked when my heater went out last winter. Service has been great too - professional, courteous, and clean - and helpful pointers on efficient operation (like intermittent pilot light and when to use). Highly recommended.

My wife and I are 2 seasons (late winter 2020 and now autumn 2020 into our gas fireplace purchased through and installed by Bromwell's. We are so happy with it. Bromwell's sales staff are well trained and respectful of any budget. They did not waste time on the sales floor, and provided us upfront with a fair price quote. I recommend Bromwell's to anyone interested in a insert fireplace. The installer was prompt and courteous.

This is a very friendly and helpful establishment. We had a gas insert system in our fireplace...from another company...and the support/service was very disappointing. It was a pleasure to work with Bromwell's. They were efficient in establishing the product we wanted, ordering online was simple and easy. When the unit arrived, they scheduled installation promptly. The technician was on-time, polite, skilled, and very cooperative, leaving the install very clean, instructing on use, etc. It has been a pleasure to work with Bromwell's, and we look forward to years of good service.

We had a horribly inefficient, ugly fireplace that was super hard to light, often made the house colder due to drafts and almost always filled the house with smoke (I had to add that metal thing on the top. Brian took a look at what we had and recommended several excellent options. We wanted a wood fire (because fires are awesome) so we ended up with a fantastic Fireplace Xtrordinair insert with a huge window and two blowers. The installers were incredibly professional and courteous. As with any major install there was one tiny issue, but Prescott and the other folks at Bromwell's stayed right on it until it was fixed, even though I know they were incredibly busy (and I made the problem worse). Now that I know how to use the thing correctly, and the appliance is 100%, the insert heats our entire house. It runs all night on one big log and the added ambiance and charm of a beautiful natural fire, and the little bit of fire smell is just wonderful. It's not an insignificant expense, but is the best money I have ever spent for my home. Literally life-changing purchase.
