Fantastic customer service. This is not a big box stores, but still allowed me to exchange a rug, no questions asked.
My home style is modern / contemporary but I wanted to juxtapose my furnishings with a traditional Oriental rug that was handmade and of the highest quality. I visited LORD Oriental Rugs & Carpet, and was warmly greeted by Mr. David and Mrs. Parmen. I fell in love with their graciousness as Mr. David took the time to show me many styles and sizes. This was no easy feat since he has an incredibly diverse selection of sizes, styles, and colors. Mr. David explained the construction and quality traits of each piece as well as the intricateness of each design. My original intention was to examine the inventory just to get an idea of what I would purchase. My plan also was just obtain one rug. I was very impressed by Mr. David and his gallery, so much that I walked out with two beautiful pieces. Mr. David was such a wonderful man. I fell in love with both of them, and look forward to seeing them again - even if it means to just say hello. I'm thinking of additional areas where I would like his rugs in my home. Utmost honesty and devoted customer service. I would look no further. I would make this your first and only stop if you are in the market for fine Oriental rugs.
