Worst testing experience I have ever had. Staff was very rude and not accommodating. Did not let me wear my light jacket because they only allowed fleece or hoodies - no where was this mentioned before. Walked out with a cold and sore throat because of this. Also, every single seat was filled which definitely violated some COVID guidelines - never have I seen such a packed place. Would highly recommend you go drive to another testing center because this place was awful.

Impolite & disrespectful horrible asian lady at the front desk, makes the whole experience very awful. she is literally yelling and screaming at everyone. We are all already stressed from taking our exams; people should at least have a welcoming and pleasant testing center. The customer service at this place really needs to be evaluated and. will never go back to this testing center

The lady at the front desk (as well as the prior lady before her at the front desk) are actual nightmares. Imagine the absolute worst DMV employee you could possibly encounter - she’s worse. I came wearing skinny jeans - the type that don’t have real pockets to pull out- and I told her my pockets couldn’t turn inside out due to the nature of the pockets and she legit would not accept that answer and said super rudely “YES THEY DO”... like ??? This was the lovey attitude I was greeted with at 7am. The staff that do the checking in and out are perfectly fine, but I have yet to have a pleasant experience with the front desk receptionist. She is running the place like we are legit prisoners that have done something wrong. Please avoid this testing center!!!
