Enjoyed consigning here over the years, Mike at the front is great. Unfortunately, no consistent process for me but they do what they can. Sometimes a little disorganized, but ultimately I've enjoyed seeing some of the things they sell, learning about the things that I've sold. Definitely some interesting auctions here, best in the area.

Most awful experience with this auction house. Payment wasn't possible for a few days, very high shipping costs, absolutely careless packing job, throw my won items without appropriate packaging into the parcel.

Our first and last time using this auction house. The woman running it didn't have our time written it, we had to show her the email confirmation. Very rude and condescending. The items she attempted to load were not ours. I would have loved to have the furniture but the rightful owner may not have appreciated it.

Very sad experience with this Auction house. If they cared half as much about their customers as they do about marketing... I purchased two mirrors from Quinn's months ago based on a false description they had provided stating that the mirrors were wooden. They were however entirely composed of plaster wrapped around wire. The false description resulted in the shippers assuming the mirrors were also wooden...and so the packaging choice was not suitable to plaster. The photos were also shopped to give the impression the mirrors were gilded with a nice finishing - they were in fact painted a bright golden color. I received the broken plaster you see in the photos. So then I simply called them and asked them to hopefully get back to me with some kind of solution or explanation. That did not happen. I then emailed them and the owner, a Mr. David Quinn, responded requesting photos. The photos were sent months ago and they have not responded to any calls or emails since. You would figure they would have the common courtesy to at least respond stating they will not be doing anything...but common courtesy is something these people do not possess. They have wiped their hands clean of the situation as they have been paid. I would be very skeptical purchasing anything from this auction house without a detailed and thorough evaluation of what you are buying. If they can abuse their position, they will.

Talk about BS first my absentee bid not accepted. Then during live auction its accepted I was approved the last bid was withdrawn I was in lead then end abruptly to floor bidder for less than my bid. This auction house is not legit. I challenge auctioneer and the credibility. My lot was 152 on June 27 2020. I beg for a response and others beware shills at this house. Not legit at all.
