RTEC is a whole tree company. They don’t just remove trees, they will also help you keep your trees healthy. We have used them for years. Their arborists are professional and know their stuff. Their staff is also wonderful. We had a massive beast of an oak removed very recently. It was dying. In less than a day they had the whole thing removed and the yard was cleaned of debris.

We had a crew of 3 come to our home (Jose, Enrique, and Pedro) to take down a dangerous 50 year old tree in our front yard. the 70 foot tall tree was slowly dying on the inside. At one point, previous owners had filled the trunk with cement and had girdled the limbs with cable (I guess their poor attempt at stabilizing). Branches had started to fall off in storms, and I think we were lucky it hadn't already come down into our daughter's room. I cannot express enough how wonderful the crew was. They were quick, safe, and efficient. It took a lot of skill to take down the tree without hitting the house or damaging the power lines, and they never came remotely close to either. Branches and sections were secured before removal eased straight down to the ground. They set up signage on the street, they were wearing proper and bright safety gear, and they worked in tandem like they have been doing this for many years together. They were very professional, and cleaned up before they left. I was told they would come back the next morning to haul away the wood that couldn't be chipped, and Jose was halfway finished before we even realized he was there! The only way you could tell they had been there is giant space that used to have a tree. On top of that, our 3 month old daughter wasn't bothered by any of the work...Jose managed to not wake a sleeping baby at 7:30am while hauling the large sections away...kudos!
RTEC removed a dead tree from our property several years ago, and we recently rehired them to remove another. Both times they offered prompt service, and the jobs were done very quickly. They handled all the permitting ahead of time. They also cleaned up the yard perfectly when the job was done, leaving only a nicely stacked pile of firewood, as asked. I highly recommend them.
I have used RTEC Treecare for for my tree trimming and pruning needs since 2016. They have successfully worked with a neighbor for several years to save a tree. We bought our new home in July and are the proud new owners of one of the largest, most beautiful Willow Oaks I have ever seen. I was very concerned about the care of this tree, I didn't want to do anything to compromise it and everything to keep it healthy and thriving. RTEC's arborist, Ben, came out and surveyed the tree to help us learn how to take care of it. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with valuable information and recommendations. We scheduled to have dead wood removed and a light root treatment. Everything went well. The crew was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. We will continue to use them to care for our trees for what we hope is a very long time!
