Excellent experience with Anna at the Schokolat store in Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, MD. My wife and I were looking for chocolate pieces as gifts for our grown children. She helped us find an appropriate piece for each of them based on occupation or interests. They were delighted.

Holidays are right around the corner...i got all my shopping done in one place. This is a gift to remember, very unique and different. They actually have chocolate that moves!! Love It!
Amazing Customer Service! I ordered three pieces and love them all! Unfortunately, one was broken so I called the customer service number. Not only was I able to get in contract with someone over the phone, I was also able to chat with someone directly from their website. I was asked to send in pictures of broken product which is understandable. All companies have a return policy process, if you do not follow through then that’s on you at the end of the day. As a business owner myself, many people have tried to reorder items that had no issues to begin with. In my situation I sent the pictures and I was told another package was on the way. The rep told me that once the chocolate leaves their facility, it’s out of their control how fedex or ups handle the package. The Rep kindly apologized for the inconvenience and I also received 10% off my next order. I have my eye on the chocolate teapot which I know my mother in law would love! I am very satisfied with Schokolat! Their chocolate is delicious and Gluten free, which is why I love it so much! I don’t leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience. 5 stars and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you again!
This chocolate is DELICIOUSLY AMAZING! It was my time of the year to host our family reunion and let me tell you, the chocolate teapot was the cherry on top! Everyone spending time together, telling stories and enjoying chocolate covered strawberries from a chocolate teapot. Great product, great price, great time.
I would give 0 stars if I could. These people sent me melted chocolates and I asked for a refund, sent pictures per their request and still haven’t heard back from them. Customer service doesn’t even exist. You call and leave messages and no one returns calls. Don’t not buy from these thieves.
