Honestly was worried coming in because of the bad reviews and mentally prepared myself based on what others said. But I have no clue why anyone would say bad things about this place! Terry the front desk receptionist was so friendly and professional, the office was very clean and organized. My MRI tech Keith was also very friendly and welcoming. Was in and out way faster then expected. I would say it was the best place I’ve gotten an MRI done and will definitely be back if I need one in the future.

Sat waiting in the waiting area for over 1 hour before they even submitted our information into their system. When I told them I was uncomfortable for waiting for so long inside of the waiting area (due to covid) the lady up front with dreads and glasses didn't seem too concerned that I had already been waiting for so long with my children, and suggested she move us to a different waiting room, when I told her I would rather wait outside because I was uncomfortable with waiting in a crowded waiting area for this long and suggested they call my cell phone when it's our turn, she was rude and said that was not an option and I had to continue to wait inside. Luckily a technician i believe his name was Peter, was kind enough to escort us to the back to have the x-ray taken right away. He was very nice with us and got is in and out very quickly and understood my frustration about having waited for so long in a waiting room. The entire process didn't take more than 5 minutes but I'm still unsure why it took so long to submit our info when they had atleast 4 people working behind the counter and there was only 1 person ahead of us when we walked in.
