Long story short. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I called in May 2020 it's now the end of January 2021 and my window is in worst shape than is was in May. They have broke my window jam as well the glass. For the time it have taken them I could have bought a new window. However I trusted this bootleg fraudulent company for repair it. They will give you the run around and never let you speak to the manager. My next step is to take legal action! Please don't not waste you time on this company.

A representative arrived at my clients home to give an estimate for a small window replacement due to a crack. Once paying the proposal, a tech had to visit again (after not showing up for the scheduled appointment) to get the correct measurements. After several weeks passing, a tech finally answered the phone (calls go to call center.) After missing the scheduled appointment, a tech finally arrived and did a poor installation job. In addition, to poor installation, damage was made to the kitchen table and wood floor. After being promised by Tye that he would call my client - he did not. The issue is still unresolved. Extremely disappointed. Expect to speak with a call center when you call and not receive a response from someone that works at the location.
Staff was wonderful to work with and did a great job on our window repair... I will Happily refer people with wooden frame windows to this company.. HE was great with the customer service and follow up side of the transaction and HE was an Excellent Carpenter that did a Great Job.. At the time my job was being completed, I was out of town and the job and ALL clean up was done most professionally. Couldn't be happier.
Washington Glass & Door was fast and so easy! We had a hole in an older window and the man who came to help was quick and professional! The whole thing was done in an instant and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was very affordable as well and I would recommend them to anyone for window repair.
Stopped by this location for broken window pane replacement last week. Was done fairly quickly and overall satisfied l.
