I just picked up my machine after having it serviced and repaired. It works like a dream now. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. The vacuum center representative was incredibly polite and friendly. I thought it will and excellent experience. Highly recommend!

I accidentally \killed\ my 20-year-old Miele vacuum cleaner after vacuuming the rug with too much baking soda powder. Vacuum Center did a great job reviving my Miele. The service was quick and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. I am glad I drove from Germantown, MD, to Falls Church, VA, for their excellent service.

Recently, I took in my Brother sewing machine for a tune-up, and a 11 year old Dyson vacuum cleaner that had multiple issues and hadn't worked for years. I took both to the Vacuum Center at Seven Corners in Falls Church for two reasons: Convenience of getting both fixed at the same location, and the ease & convenience of the location itself. Both were repaired in one week. They look and work as if they were brand new! I'm really happy with the high quality of the repairs and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Vacuum Center to anyone in need of repairs. Also, while I wasn't shopping for a new vacuum, I did note that Vacuum Center has a large and varied selection of new vacuums for sale, all at (it seemed to me) competitive prices compared to Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, etc. The difference is, if you're buying your vacuum at Vacuum Center, you're getting product-knowledgeable, personalized customer service, something you typically don't find at a big name-brand chain retail store. Since my 11-year old Dyson vacuum is working like a champ now, I probably won't need a new vacuum anytime soon, but when I am in the market for a new one, I'm definitely buying from Vacuum Center.
