I had my follow up appointment today since the parts came in. One of the same technicians who was here last week came back alone today i was worried it would take him longer since he didn’t have his partner with him? However, he arrived, very professional same as last week and he got the job done very quickly. No mess and everything was put back nice and nearly. The technician stated it would take the fridge at least 24 hours for it to cool back down. We’ve been temporarily using a small bar fridge with tiny ice trays to refill constantly. Will be so happy to have my endless ice cube maker back again! Thanks so MUCH for such awesome service!

They located a leak and gave estimate of 326.89 (including 80 for estimate paid). He located the leak at the water inlet. Estimate included price of Water guide assembly at 126.89. The price of the same item is about 70 at LG). I asked him to check the gasket rather than replacing the part but he refused. After he left, I opened the plastic nut for the assembly, checked the gasket and installed it back. After second trial, the leak stopped. I plan to replace the gasket anyway as it costs less than 10. No hurry, dishwasher is working without leak.
