Called up and Spoke to Tony he was amazing on the phone and walked me through the process. He got my family a fast appointment and was very professional. He had a answer for all my questions. They came out and fixed it up. Highly recommend.

I have a 30 yr old gas fired boiler in my house that has been rock solid all these years. on 3/2/21 I could hear a whining noise so I went to inspect and the inducer motor was barely spinning and the boiler wouldn't light. I called Garys and they came out to see if I was correct in my assessment of a inducer motor replacement. They made no attempt to bring any part with them. So they charged me 80 for the service call. The service technician calls into the office and tells them it is the inducer motor and leaves. The office guy calls me an hour later and tells me that there are no available parts and that the furnace manufacturer would have to \build me a motor\ because they aren't made anymore and that I have to get it from the manufacturer of the boiler...no universal replacement parts exist. He tells me 1300 for a custom built motor and highly recommends they send out a salesman to quote me a new system because its not worth spending 1300 on an old system. They then quote me just shy of 10,000 for a replacement with a non high efficiency system. Naturally I told them I'd get another quote. I called MM Plumbing and talked to Kevin. He said to txt him pictures and he'd see what he could do. 30 minutes later Kevin calls back and says he's stopping by H&H Supply and he'd be out. 1 hour later I have a new motor that is a exact direct fit replacement of the bad motor that bolts on to existing screw holes. Its a direct bolt on part. The part and labor to install is 380.00. BUYER BEWARE with Gary's of Falls Creek. ALWAYS GET A SECOND QUOTE AND NEVER TRUST THEIR JUDGEMENT.

I have had a couple of houses with furnaces needing maintenance and Gary and Sons has always been prompt, professional, and a good value. We had service on our current boiler system yesterday and Michael was very professional and the repair was very quick. He made sure to let me know what was wrong and answered any questions I had. They also were able to email me the receipt instead of paper, which was great. I will continue to use Gary and Sons for my HVAC systems.

We have used Gary & sons for the seven years we have lived in the Treasure Lake Community. They are the Best and their Technicians are top notch. Yesterday (10/5/2020) Dan Joiner serviced our furnace and we are totally happy with the service Dan provided. He was personable, polite, conscientious and provided details for all of the service he provided. On a personal note he was fun to talk to, as it turns out, we have a lot in common.
