Very rude company, dishonest, and the molds are poor quality!

Bought molds from this company, very poor quality molds arrived broken, Wouldn't refund my money. Had to file with paypal for refund. Never again. Dishonest about shipping dates as well. Also sent a mold back that she sent me that was not the mold I ordered and she refused to give my money back for it as well.... And you can see she replied with a unprofessional response of more lies. Very Dishonest. Talked with another ceramic artist from Kingsport Tn and she mailed them money for molds, never received the molds. Don't Trust this business. They are also making copies of Other peoples molds (gare Molds Co) which is against copy rightlaws...
I have NEVER gotten ANYTHING but GREAT service and molds from Ann Original Molds!! They have one of a kind designs, they have molds you will NOT be able to find ANYWHERE else!! The quality of their molds is EXCELLENT! I have tried other mold companies and they do NOT compare with Anne Originals. I have purchased both ceramic and glass molds.
Poor shipping - I buy molds frequently and this is worst I've seen. Bad service. Would not recommend. Update: its not professional to make fun of someones name!
