We just moved from Florida and absolutely love this place. So nice and quiet! We had to postpone our move due to military order issues and Julia was so accommodating in helping us getting a townhome based on our time schedule. She has been nothing but kind, responsive, and just amazing! Highly recommend this place!

We moved to Maine about 7 months ago and this place made us feel like home. My family love this community. Nice layout, wonderful management and absolutely perfect maintenance. Especially Julia, she is always helpful, kind and responsible. It's a bit unfortunate that we'll have to move due to our own financial situation but he last few months have been great. Definitely recommended

Beautiful apartments. Great, well maintained area. It's safe and maintenance responds to calls quickly. Pool and tennis courts in the summer are enjoyable! Nice to not worry about shoveling snow in the winter. I would recommend!

I have lived at Foreside Estates in a town home for 3 years with my 2 sons. It has been perfect for us. Location is amazing and the grounds are beautiful. The townhouse is a great size with 3 bathrooms! Walls are thin but that is to be expected. It has been lovely not worrying about maintenance or snow removal for a few years! Highly recommend this place.

Foreside Estates, Back Bay and Princeton property’s renter beware! Hey I’m pretty easy to get along with. The maintenance staff Matt etc is phenomenal. They keep the grounds well maintained. However this super high priced property although in Falmouth and is a quiet place has everything in place to up charge you. You will not get any security deposit back and when you move out they will absolutely find things wrong and will charge you accordingly. I lived there one year by myself no pets and am super clean. They are charging me for a new bedroom rug. No way did I spill, cause stains damage anything. I left that place spotless. I took my shoes off and had a cleaning lady. You HAVE to GIVE THEM 60 DAYS advanced notice even if you have a 2 month termination policy in place. So I was paying 2300 a month they want to times that by 4 if you break the lease early. That is not in the contract. They have a ton of gotchas in there contract. Be careful! To bad although expensive could be a nice place.
