Boosted up rates without informing me. I agreed to a contract in 2014 and in 2017 my son's mom came into town for awhile and began picking him up from here most days. So when she started picking him up they told her that the rate was now higher. I didn't receive so much as a single text or email, or anything saying this. I also agreed in 2014 that there was a drop in rate. They decided by 2017 that this was no more and that you either pay for the full week or not at all. Again, I was not informed of this until after I had already paid for three days and brought my son for three days. Then, at the end of that week I was informed for the first time and told that I owed more for the week. I was also told in 2016 that I needed to pay a "deposit." I did. When I decided to no longer use their service in 2017 I asked about getting my deposit back and was told no. I asked where it went and was given no answer.
