Tried to shop here today, but was refused service because I cannot wear a mask due to my chronic medical condition. I informed the clerk that I have breathing issues due to previously working in a building with 100,000sqft of exposed mold (@ MillerCoors Brewing). I was then told that as a "private company" (they're a publicly traded company) they can refuse service to anyone. Can they (legally) refuse service to someone with a service animal? Can they (legally) refuse service to someone in a wheelchair? ...The answer is no! So why is Family Dollar's management allowing hourly retail employees to discriminate against me (and likely others) for our medical conditions? Giving one star because it wouldn't allow me to post with zero.

Winton the Family Dollar by my house and was told I needed a mask after I had already been to a Dollar Tree in the daytime and know its people and their without a mask and then the associate needed to take a picture of my license plate I will be posting this on social media and I hope that they close it

If u could give zero stars i would the manager is married to an employee they are very rude and this store should be shut down like all the other stores i was treated like a criminal in there for tring to use coupons i will complain about this store any chance i get boy cotting family dollar all together
