My family and I have been coming to this Urgent Care Center for many of our unexpected medical emergencies over the years. Today, I came in with a painful knee injury. I was able to make appt online and was seen right away. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Had my X-ray, comfy knee brace and crutches quickly with directions for future care. Great experience as always.

This clinic informs patients they do not need a Covid test. My employees and my family members have gone to this clinic and every time the nurses harass THESE PAYING CUSTOMERS, AKA PATIENTS and the Industrial Med Staff insist they do not need a test. This is highly irresponsible, unethical and egregious medical misguidance. I have reported this to the health authorities and requested verification of licensure and COVID education. I provided names of nurses. The physicians supervising ancillary healthcare staff at this clinic should review the Oct issue of JAMA and ensure RNs & PAs are properly educated on the current relevant virology as it relates to COVID. “Many individuals with SARS-CoV-2 infection remained asymptomatic for a prolonged period, and viral load was similar to that in symptomatic patients; therefore, testing and isolation of infected persons should be performed regardless of symptoms.” JAMA 10.2020 Dr. L

I came in with a bad back that left me crying off all my mascara. I looked insane coming in and the staff didn't treat me differently at all. My nurse was wonderful and very understanding. Dr. Ford was very compassionate and she took the time to teach me ways I could get in and out of bed without hurting myself...and it's really helped! I am so thankful I found this urgent care when I did. I highly recommend this place

Gave me my covid results over the phone and initially did not offer an option to get them. Then said it would take an hour or more to receive the link to the portal. Also hung up on me at one point how rude!
