After coming the 5 stage interview and being told that I was considered for the position the recruiter Melissa Steinitz vindictively retracted the offer because she felt I should have responded to her email about resending my references in 24 hours. I would not recommend any person of color apply for a job at this company or have their relatives receive services from them.

After my mother was injured in a fall and needed 24/7 support at her assisted living facility, Family & Nursing Care was able to bring in their excellent staff on very short notice. They went above and beyond to ensure their staff complied with all the COVID testing requirements of the facility. Most importantly, the caregivers were capable and kind individuals who helped mom with her recovery.
