The worst service ever. Nobody greets you or advises where to put packages- even though your hands are full. Patty was very rude and uneducated in her line of work. She had no desire to communicate or do her job. She was not helpful and had one of the worst attitudes I’ve experienced. Their sign says must wear a mask and of course she didn’t as she rubbed her faced and touched everything. Honestly go out of your way or pay the extra money to ship elsewhere. The convenience is NOT worth the experience!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. 0/10
i contacted then for estimate shipping price to israel by usps. they answered me with crazy expensive DHL FEDEX UPS PRICE , just not what i asked. i undersand why...they are making much more money there. i asked again for USPS price and they ignored me completely. rraaly not reccomended business, i strongly advice to avoid them. FURTHER MORE: MANAGER ANSWERED HERE SAYING THEY DI ANSWERED ME AND THATS NOT TRUE. ALSO HE SAID USPS COST MORE THAN FEDEX AND DHL AND THATS NOTHING BUT A LIE! HE WON PRIZES.... INTERESTING WHO GIVES THE PRIZES TO BUSINESS WHO CHARGE CRAZYPRICES AND LIE TO CUSTOMER. I KNOW THE PRICES, I SHIPPED FROM NEW YORK TO ISRAEL WITH DHL BIGGER SIZE FOR ABOUT 350 AND THEY WANTED 670. USPS PRIORITY SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 200 MAX . I DONT BELIEVE A WORD YOU SAY AND IF YOU ACT LIKE THIS ON REGULAR BASIS , YOUR BUSINESS HAVE NO FUTURE
I took my lunch break from work to come here and drop off a package. Unfortunately upon arrival the store was closed. No indication of why, and the hours do say they are open on Monday.
