So sorry to hear this clinic is closed, they had the best doctors providing abortion, when I called the last week they were open they said they are now referring all their patients to Women's Option Center at SF General, because they had an outstanding medical team. This is an awesome establishment. Staff are professional and supportive. Location is very clean and people are non-judgmental. The doctor was excellent, if you need these type of services, I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I tried to make an appointment they told me I had to wait until I was in the system and to call back on Monday but I would be able to be seen that same week. I called back Monday and they weren't able to take me until the week after... I go into my appointment nobody tells me I'm not supposed to eat or drink 8 hours before nobody lets me know that I have to take out my piercings so I'm forced to reschedule. I rescheduled and again nobody tells me that my procedure will take even longer because I have to do more medicine because now I'm further along because I've rescheduled so many different times. I think some of the staff here is unprofessional and did not let me know everything they should have so that way I am fully prepared and now I have to go through an even longer process that I didn't plan on going through and I can't get a refund to go to my original doctor because they don't do refunds here. I would not recommend this place to people because you want to feel safe and comfortable and I felt the complete opposite coming here.
I was so nervous about what would happen when I go there but every person I met was so kind. I felt like everything was explained to me and I felt very safe. The doctor was very professional and patient. I highly recommend Family Planning Specialists.
