I felt that my doctor could have been more transparent about the services they were providing and the associated costs. Insurance covers an annual check up. I hadn't been to the doctor this year and went when I wanted to have something looked at. They billed me at a different level that wasn't covered and told me that if I hadn't specified I had a concern prior to the appointment, it would have been billed as a check up but treated the same. They also charged me for a flu shot that I could have got for free two blocks away. I guess the lesson here is always ask "how much?" Because, Family Practice Physicians is always trying to run up your tab.

I called for a appointment. I showed up the next morning on time for my appointment. And I had with me a day old COV test in hand and a very smashed broke hand that was turning blue and I need help! The front counter woman told me I could not come in and told me I had to leave? She told me I need two COV test back to back to be seen and then she kicked me to the curb. I’ve been going to this doctor office since the first day of the doors opened. Bill Cole was my neighbor I grew up with his kids and he was a well-known doctor in Juneau that started Family practice. I’m sad that I was treated like this.

Wendy Smith is by far the best "doctor" I ever had (even if she is a PA). Staff is always nice. So is lab. 4 stars is because sometimes there is some confusion when trying to get messages to her or getting my meds filled and I do not like having to tell people other than Wendy or her assistant why I need to see her or talk to her (especially the answering service).

Excellent family healthcare! Front desk staff is a little questionable but definitely some of the best medical professionals and physicians in Juneau. I tried several practices and Family Practice by far exceeds the competition.

They also have a Ear, Nose,& Throat Dr there. They're real nice,& it's nice,& quit in the waiting room there, (at least the last time i've been there.) The Doctors are very patient,& friendly there,& they're very gentle too. And that's only on the left side of the building. But, you can give them a try if you need to, it would be a good place to try.

Lived here for 4 years receiving heart medication for over 6 years. NOW they want to force me to have annual physicals for my heart pill when all I’ve been told is I’m overweight. 1 - Duh, I’m aware. 2 - I shouldn’t be forced to pay for a visit that doesn’t (like the last one) even involve my heart health.

They arranged my new patient appointment very quickly and timely. My wait time was under 10 minutes and my visit was very thorough. My provider was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. The lab is awesome!
