Great service. Blah food. Biscuits and gravy (pretty hard to mess up) was watery and very bland. Ordered with 2 eggs and got 4. Extra eggs does not make up for lack of cooking ability. Find a good cook. Servers are amazing but they need good product to get decent tips.

I have lived in Davenport my entire life and never have been to Family Restaurant! A week ago my husband's work buddy suggested going to breakfast after they got off. So we went! Per recommendation of the Biscuits and Gravy, my husband ordered it with over easy eggs and a side of hash browns! My Husband ate everything on his plate! He NEVER eats everything on his plate when we go out for breakfast! He ate it all and was completely full! This was AMAZING cause he is usually not full or something doesn't taste right and he stops eating his food! He takes it home to our 2 dogs that get to have the rest of his breakfast. Not NOW! So this morning after my Husband got off of work we went again! He got the same thing! And again he ate everything on his plate! I got the cheese omelette! WOW that was HUGE! I didn't even get half of it ate! Took the rest home and it was my lunch at work! Heated up nicely! I have told all of my friends and even my customers when they come into my job! Definitely a good place to go and get a good meal! Prices are Very Reasonable! We got our meals and 2 coffees. Our check was only 20.00!! Will be back Again that's for sure!!!!
Food was very good. We both enjoyed our meal. The server was a bit of a character and we enjoyed her sense of humor as she made us laugh. Very nice experience.
It's always wonderful. Steak and eggs are the best anywhere. Soups are homemade and they are delicious! Greek menu is fabulous. Great service, owners. Something for everyone on the extensive menu. It is by far our favorite place to dine.
Good food like normal. Wish they wouldn't have taken away subbing a salad with the kids meal. We never minded the up charge.
