I found Fancy That, and Kim, via Groupon in 2019. I had not had a consistent stylist for a really long time and when I started going to Kim my hair was a MESS and I thought I would have to chop it all off just so it would stop falling out! I had breakage, split ends, and it was as if my hair wouldn't grow no matter how many at home conditioning treatments I forced upon it. Kim sat down with me and explained how hair works and why I was having issues. She then came up with a game plan that included regular hair cuts and bonding treatments to repair the years of processing and heat exposure. I was skeptical, but what she said made sense, so I decided to give it a try. Within a few months I noticed a significant difference in the texture and shine. Now, a year and a half later my hair is long, healthy and nourished. I get so many compliments on it and have even had people ask if I wear extensions because of its thickness. I used to heavily bleach my hair but was afraid to do highlights again because of the past issues. I am no longer afraid and have resumed highlighting my hair as of mid-last year, and it is still healthy as ever! Nobody ever took the time to explain to me what my hair was lacking, but Kim definitely did. She cares about her clients and how they look and feel. She's also a sweetheart and I look forward to our bi-monthly meetings just to chat! If you are looking for a new hair expert, look no further! She works miracles, I swear!

Kim is amazing at what she does! I've always had really frizzy hair and straightening with a flat iron wouldnt last. She was able to make my hair look so healthy and smooth. I can finally start wearing my hair down again. If you're debating on getting a blowout, go for it. You wont regret it.
