Was sent there by the VA. I am satisfied and extremely pleased with their service. Brian was very thoughtful, kind, and extremely helpful with finding the right shoes and inserts to help with my needs. Definitely will use this provider for all of my future needs!!

I’ve had many great experiences here. Today especially. We walked in unaware of the time and were greeted professionally and genuinely. We did not know they were already closed but they took us on and helped us. John was very good at his job and helped me find soles for my shoes right away and the first one was a winner! Again we appreciated them not chasing us away and helping us. John did a great job and I’m happy to write this review to reflect his service. Thank you!

I put my feet in their hands, and have never regretted it. Great selection, incomparable service, and very fair prices.

After purchasing work boots from them for almost two decades, I have purchased my last pair of work boots from them. Since the passing of Buck their customer service is sub-standard!! Recently I stopped in to purchase to work boots and the gentleman that helped me tried to get me to purchase boots that I have not ordered in years or Chinese made boots. I asked for the boots that I normally purchase and said we will have to order them. I didn’t mind that he had to order them but he did. I received a call that my boots were in, great!!. I stopped in to pick them up and gave the same gentleman the pink pickup slip. He looked at the slip and said “oh, these boots”. He went to the back to get them while I waited by the counter. Another gentleman came in while I was waiting and some insoles needing repairs. He finally came back to the counter with my boots, set them aside and asked the other gentleman if he could help him. I thought to myself, what the firetruck!! As I stood there I almost felt invisible as I wasn’t very important. After 10 minutes of waiting I was given my boots and was allowed to go in my way. When I got back to my vehicle, my son asked “did you get lost in there?”. I laughed and said no, just really poor customer service. This is the type of customer service I would expect from a large chain store NOT a local family store. Former customer Dan Cammock
