Outstanding outfit. Took our emergency call on Christmas Eve and agreed to meet us at their office. They showed up on time and even offered to make delivery that day! We requested delivery on Monday at 8 AM and they showed up on time and even took a look at our existing copier, coming up with a solution to our previous copier service company had overlooked! We are paper intensive in our industry and when we had our first service call, they showed up that day and within a few hours we were back up and running again. This group is customer service driven as well as affordable. Highly recommend.

We upgraded to a awesome printer. Love it. But read your contract before signing and ask if there is any extra cost every month. A couple down sides: They charge a per sheet basis which i was not explained that when signing the contract. Also I sent in my insurance papers that covers everything in my company and they still keep charging me extra for insurance.
