Very nice and helpful. You can't go in, so you call the number on the door and they'll bring everything to your car waring face mask, gloves, and will load it and all no contact. A cleaning device company that understands clean interactions during a pandemic. Thank you for quick , pleasant, easy, and safe assistance with replacement of my beater bar.

What a wonderful experience. I didn't know what to experience, and came to take my smaller vacuum in for repairs. The staff was incredibly helpful, definitely not your typical epair center\ experience. Not only did they repair my vacuum in 5 minutes, they offered advice on other Dyson products and I ended up buying an air purifier as well. The other people in the room getting repairs were equally surprised how pleasant the experience was. If only every service center was this well run!
Easy, smooth, and great experience! Took my Dyson V11 to fix a trigger issue. Within 5 minutes I had a brand new Dyson V11 no questions asked. I only brought the motorized handheld and they gave me a complete new Dyson with all the parts! Shout out to rep Justin for the hookup. Highly recommend.
I visited this location to get a part and my experience was absolutely fantastic, the two chaps helped me to ascertain the proper part, and the cost. And this really reinforced the brand for me. I recommend Dyson to friends and family, not only because of the superior performance of its vacuums and its long lasting nature (I bought mine in 5 years ago), But also because of their continued customer service that supports their products. If it is a Dyson no matter what product it is, from vacuums, to air humidifier’s, two fans, ET see, trust it to be the best. That has been my experience.
Bought all my Dyson machines from them as their aftercare is amazing. Quick, efficient and meticulous and always walk away impressed.
