They are by appointment only which I was not told before going up there by a rep for my contractor, but they were able to get me in fairly quickly to see the slab I wanted to view. They take their COVID precautions more seriously than most doctors offices I have been to over the past year! Not complaining, just commenting on it. Great array of samples to view and products were very attractive.

Stopped by MSI today and had a great experience. Emmanuel did an outstanding job helping me find exactly the quarts countertop I wanted. They had the largest selection of quartz, quartzite and granite and are very patient as you take your time looking to find the exact piece you want. Highly recommend!!

Mindy, Amanda, Evelyn and the entire team were delightful to work with. Very down to earth and accommodating for us as builders and for our clients. It was a professional experience from the beginning that started with the website and the details of their inventory and slabs all the way through to viewing the slabs for quality before the fabricator takes them. Their pricing is fair, their service is better than the other major stone yards in the area, the quality of the stone is high, and we will be buying all of our future stone/countertops from them. Alexis was very friendly and greeted me upon entering the showroom. My G.C./stone fabricator sent me in to check out stone slabs. I liked the way they had the stone slabs displayed in rows with the full slab visible. They also have a great selection of quartz with a full gallery of finishes for those as well. Overall a great experience and reasonable pricing that I received from my G.C.
