On March 3, 2020, We had mirror doors replaced and installed by Custom Door & Mirror, inc. Doug Meyer was the installer. We were highly impressed by Doug’s professionalism and superior door quality. Doug was meticulous in his workmanship and conscientious of his customers satisfaction. We are so impressed by our mirror doors, sturdy, specially engineered brackets, hinges and impact resistant glass. We are also extremely happy because they look great, properly aligned and perfectly flush. My wife and I appreciate your incredible service and we would not only use your services again but recommend you to our friends and family.

We ordered mirrored doors for our master bedroom. With the unleveled door frame from the old doors we were having a hard time getting the doors right. The customer service was unbelievable. Doug whom we had to call multiple times and wound up FaceTiming walked us through the whole adjustment. We absolutely love our new doors and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Super unprofessional staff. Ordered items through HD that arrived damaged. HD was reaching out to the general customer service staff up through the sales/marketing manager for guidance on replacement cost/availability of individual parts in lieu of reordering the whole set. The lack of customer service received and the sheer sarcasm and unprofessionalism we've seen in their email correspondance is really disheartening and head scratching. The doors are very nice, but just pray you dont need service nor guidance from the staff itself.
