DONT BUY THE MIRACLE A9 EDGE. Miracle edge cutter 50% won’t detect Anything so it slams down on all the jaws. I’ve bought the first miracle A9 premium which had a screen issue but they helped with it and to this day it is still working perfect. I was so impressed I bought the miracle edge. It’s great as well but the cutter wheel 50% of the time won’t detect jaw so it just keeps slamming down on the jaw. I have to keep turning off the entire machine and turn it back on multiple times just to get the cutter to detect the jaw when it comes down because changing the cutter amongst other things won’t work to fix the issues the cutter is having. I’ve emailed international key supply and even spoken to them. They had a guy call me And had me use a meter tester to check the cUrrent going through the machine. He saw there was clearly a problem but nobody got back to me. So my machine just sat there for a few months before I decided to turn it back on and the cutter worked. So this is a intermittent issue. International key supply has no help with this issue. DONT BUY THE MIRACLE EDGE

IKSupply generally will go above and beyond the EXACT policies, to provide satisfaction. There is always a chance a product problem is in the vehicle, the diagnostics device being used.... or resides between the steering wheel and the seat ( Human error ). IKSupply provides excellent followup and technical support for their products and tools. This level of support should be coming from the manufacturer. IKSupply, and a handful of distributors have picked up the mantel and have done an excellent job.

Okay, I thought that they were going to be a great supplier with great prices. Just don't ever try to return anything because it's defective. Your sales guy won't help. But they will suggest that you request an RMA and fill it out and then they will go dark on you. The RMA person will give you the finger in an auto reply email. When you finally get them on the phone you will suffer a relentless interrogation and end the end I got (so they say) a credit for one key out of three that were bad. They said they would get back to me about the other two, but never did. As long as you never get a defective key or have one go bad, they are great.

I had made an order of multiple items, one item was not current In shipment. I phoned and spoke with a rep who stated that the item was shipped. I explained that the item was not in included. The rep said he would have someone contact me. A few days later I called and left a message with no reply. As of this date no rep has called. The item not in shipment was an Xhorse vvdi obd tool, at a cost of 200.00. No calls returned. I definitely feel like I was ripped off and cheated, then lied to. I would be very cautious with this company. Well on the positive side., the rest of the order was shipped though. Beware of this compay...... rip off

Order from these guys all the time. The website is great and easy to navigate. My sales rep is fantastic. She always has the answers to any questions. Shipping is always quick and cheap. I Definitely recommend using IKS.
