Hands down the best place!!!! I have no idea what to do when it comes to maintaining a hot tub and this company has helped tremendously!! My husband and I purchased a home and the hot tub that came with it kept shutting off. I could not figure out for the life of me how to work this thing. The office set up a team to come out to my house and take a look. They were super friendly and still managed to walk me through every step on how to use it and fix the issue even through Covid. Between the service guys who come to the house, the sales guys and the girls in the office, I couldn’t ask for a better experience in managing my hot tub.

Moved to LI last year and immediately investigated spa companies in the area. After checking out several sellers in the area, quickly determined Suntek pools and spas to be the best. Ordered my spa from them and it was delivered and set in place. Then an expert came out to help set it up with chemicals, etc. Smooth and nicely done!

It was mid-November when our pool guy said he couldn't complete the job of renovating and relining our pool. Caught between a rock and hard place we scrambled to find someone to finish the work and also provide a new pool cover. After a google search and a few phone calls I found Suntek and Eddie. Eddie sympathized with our situation. He came out to East Hampton over the weekend, on his day off, to assess the state of things and give us a quote. Suntek immediately went to work finishing up plumbing, installing a new salt system, and ordering my liner and pool cover. Thanksgiving was fast approaching and I was concerned the weather would turn before we could get the job done. Eddie remained calm and got it done before the first snow fall. I would highly recommend Suntek for their professionalism and quality of work. And if you need a hero, Eddie is your guy!

Proud papa of a Clarity Spa. My wife and I were reluctant on spending the money to get a tub but Dylan convinced us. While my wife uses it for pleasure, I have a herniated disc in my back and the spa does the trick. We use it everyday and I feel a hell of a lot looser at work. Suntek is the place to be. 1 photo Share review Embed review Write an update After a season of using our new MF-LSX700 Hot Tub, it was time to change the water we had an issue maintaining the water clarity. Suntek technicians came, they were very professional and kept their PPE (due Covic19) the entire time, they maintained safe distance for all my questions. They did an excellent work checking the filtration system and explaining everything we needed to know to fix an maintain clean an clear water.. Thank you again guys and stay well !! Marcia C.
