I apologize for the delay Jess! My father, who is 80 years old was so wanting a Martin acoustic Guitar and \The Music Zoo\ had maybe the only \New\ one left in the country at the time. Worked with Jess a few days and was finally able to figure a way to be able to purchase it for my Dad. Jessica \Jess\ could not have been more helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was amazing and don't think it all wouldn't have come together like it did without. My father was so impressed, he called her the following week (or so) and purchased an amp for his new guitar.
