The first difficulty I have with this business is that they don’t seem to know how to properly care for their plants; while walking through the premises I noticed several plants infested by bugs as well as many plants unsecured against winds that go through the unprotected garden center. The second difficulty I have is that they seem to be quite unprofessional in handling hiring; when I interviewed with them for a job, the person who interviewed me never introduced herself and seemed taken aback when I introduced myself and made to shake her hand. Her handshake was not even half-hearted. The third difficulty I have is that this place is a “family values” employer that asks you if you’re married when they interview you for a job. Pretty sure they’re homophobic and sexist, as those kinds of people use the code word of “family values”. So if you’re looking for a professional place that properly cares for its products and is truly welcoming to everyone, go somewhere else. 1 star rating for being unprofessional, negligent, disrespectful, and sexist.
